1. 1 Vial of Piperacillin & Tazobactam Injection USP
   
   Each vial contains:
   Piperacillin Sodium USP (Sterile) eq. to Piperacillin         4.0 g
   Tazobactam Sodium (Sterile) eq. to. Tazobactam           0.5 g

2. 2 Ampoules of Sterile Water for Injections IP
   
   Each ampoule contains:
   Sterile Water for Injections IP         10 ml
   

Indication:

• Complicated and uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections.
• Community-acquired pneumonia
• Nosocomial (Hospital acquired) pneumonia
• Peritonitis
• Appendicitis

Direction for use:
Dissolve the contents of vial in 20 ml of Sterile Water for Injections IP for IV Administration. Use freshly prepared solution, effervescence occurs on addition of Sterile Water for Injections IP.

The constituted solution should be used immediately after preparation.

Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from moisture & light.

   Each vial contains:
   Meropenem IP (Sterile) eq. to Anhydrous Meropenem         1000 mg
   Sodium (as Sodium Carbonate)                                                       90.2 mg

2. 2 Ampoules of Sterile Water for Injections IP
   
   Each ampoule contains:
   Sterile Water for Injections IP         10 ml
   

Indications:

• Febrile Neutropenia
• Septicemia and Septic Shock
• Ventilation Associated Pneumonia (VAP)
• Bacterial Meningitis
• Skin and skin structure infections
• Intra-abdominal infections

Indications:

• Urinary tract infections
• Lower respiratory tract infections
• Intra-abdominal infections
• Gyneacologic infections
• Bone and joint infections
• Bacterial septicemia

Directions for Use:

• For Intravenous use only.
• After reconstitution keep at room temperature (25°C) for up to 4 hours or under refrigeration (5°C) for up to 24 hours.
• Solution of PENCILUM should not be frozen
